Dr. Nick Buonforte, PT, CSCS, SFMA, FRCms, FR, FMT

Dr. Nicholas Buonforte received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Sacred Heart University. He received his bachelor’s of science degree in Exercise Science with a concentration in exercise physiology from William Paterson University. Dr. Nick’s passion for performance training and rehabilitation inspired him to pursue and achieve additional credentialing in world-renowned certifications, which include: NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), Spinal Manipulative Therapy (AAMT), Functional Range Conditioning (FRCms and FR), Functional Movement Techniques (FMT), Blood Flow Restriction, and more! Dr. Nick has experience working with a myriad of orthopedic musculoskeletal disorders, sports rehabilitation, and post-operative care. Dr. Nick has had the unique experience to work with the San Francisco Giants Baseball club providing Physical Therapy care to professional athletes. 

Danielle Buonforte, RD

Danielle Buonforte is a Registered Dietitian who received her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Food Science from Montclair State University. Danielle attended the College of Saint Elizabeth for her Dietetic Internship and shortly after, started her career as a Registered Dietitian. A strong advocate for promoting wellness within the community, Danielle has actively been involved in making small, positive changes in individual’s lives that ultimately make a big impact. Danielle is experienced in creating meal plans tailored to individual’s needs and recommending dietary guidelines based on current research and literature. Danielle likes to emphasize that everything we put into our bodies matter, physically, mentally, and emotionally!
